Have you seen the Reebok Easytone ads? Yeah, way too much on the butt shots, though I aspire to have a toned body as much as the next girl. I sat on the fence awhile about spending $100 on these shoes — they seemed gimicky. But when I found a pair at Nordstrom Rack for one-third the price I couldn’t resist.
The shoes are surprisingly comfortable even with the noticeable instability created by the balance pods on the soles. And they look much more stylish and discreet than other toning shoes.
After wearing these for 4 months, I can’t say my butt is lifted, but my legs definitely work harder. I especially feel the difference on longer distances — such as walking the dog or power walking to the office.
EasyTone’s are designed for walking (I’ve tried running in these which I don’t recommend). Reebok recently launched a running version that I’m anxious to try, even at full price.
